Versatile Functionality: A liftable booth with a screen not only provides basic seating and a tabletop, but also effectively separates and utilizes the space through its liftable design, preventing cheating. Users can adjust the screen’s height and angle to optimize privacy and spatial organization.
Convenience: The lift is easy to operate, typically powered or manually, allowing for easy adjustment. This design makes the booth more flexible and adaptable to different occasions and needs.
Comfort and Practicality: Booths with screens typically feature ergonomic designs to ensure user comfort. Their stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity make them suitable for extended study and work. Furthermore, the screen provides a certain degree of sound insulation, helping to create a quieter and more focused environment.
The screen control box features a power off switch, safety indicator, and automatic protection. Control options include single-group wireless remote control, grouped wireless remote control, manual raise/pause/lower, and central control. Both the remote control and central control can simultaneously control the upgraded screen and the lifting computer. The housing is made of high-quality fire-retardant PC material and features four 2/3-way power outlets. It also includes a power off switch and safety indicator. The built-in system can receive 433 wireless signals within a 100-meter range and supports 232/485 signals, with a maximum output power of 120W (5A). In the event of an abnormality such as a fault or overload, the product automatically activates protection with a double-beep alarm. The control box also includes raise/pause/lower buttons for emergency or maintenance purposes.
Lifting drive system: Dual drive, smooth, silent, and safe. The lifting system utilizes a dual drive mechanism to ensure smooth lifting motion. The motor uses a high-quality, silent drive and operates at a safe 24V voltage.

1. The adjustable examination table and screen are ergonomically designed, featuring a simple and elegant appearance. Customizable colors and sizes are available.
2. Surface material: Made of national standard E1 grade solid wood particle board. Formaldehyde emissions are 0.1 mg/L, and the static bending strength is 19.5 MPa. The melamine veneer has an abrasion resistance of 31 mg/100 r, and is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant. This provides enhanced surface transparency and stain resistance. Moisture-proof and insect-proof treatment is required, and GB/T15102-2017 and GB/T39600-2017 test reports are required. All performance indicators meet relevant national standards.
3. Hardware: High-quality opening angle chain connectors, locks, and other accessories are used, and the slideway features a three-section track with an anti-slip system. 4. Frame: The outer frame is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, offering a simple and stable structure, easy installation and maintenance, and quick assembly and disassembly. The design is sleek and ergonomically designed, meeting the requirements of GB/T6892-2023 (General Industrial Aluminum and Alloy Extruded Profiles).
5. Lifting System: Utilizes a 24V DC pure copper high-thrust motor. The gear box is made of high-strength nylon, injection-molded in one piece using high-precision technology. High-precision gears are installed. Drive shaft power transmission minimizes kinetic energy loss, ensures high accuracy, and provides stable and durable performance. The lifting mechanism is equipped with a limit switch plate. The operating voltage is 24V DC, the rated power is 50W, and the dynamic load capacity is 20kg and the static load capacity is 30kg. The carbon footprint per functional unit is 850.3484 kg CO2 equivalent. Verification is in accordance with ISO 14067:2018 and PAS 2050. The lifting speed is not less than 30mm/s, and the operating noise level is ≤45dB. 6. ◆ Screen lift controller: Dimensions ≤ 150mm*110mm*38mm. Features up, pause, and down buttons for easy installation and commissioning. Supports intelligent central control unit programming software using 232/485 control protocols. Housing is made of fireproof ABS plastic and features a power indicator and safety switch. Maximum input power is 2000A, with a beeping alarm for overload conditions. Complies with the general requirements of GB4706.1-2005 and GB4706.98-2008. 10. Intelligent screen lift control software (license required for the same brand’s intelligent screen lift control software) supports wireless centralized control: Integrated 30-50 meter wireless remote control technology with adjustable raise/stop/lower buttons. No pre-wired connections are required; the entire system is wireless and allows for arbitrary height adjustment.
11. Screen dimensions: 800*600*850-1200. The base height of the screen is 850mm, and the top height is 750mm. The internal lift screen panel has a lift range of 350mm, and the raised height is 1200mm. The entire system enables intelligent and automated electronic learning, voice-activated instruction, cheating prevention, and independent, interference-free operation.
12. Material Description: The top is constructed of E1-grade, 25mm thick, environmentally friendly solid wood particle board, the table body is 16mm thick, and the screen lift panel is 15mm thick. Formaldehyde emission meets E1 environmental standards. The edges are seamlessly clad with one-piece aluminum alloy. 13. Transmission and Lifting Structure: Utilizes a rack-and-pinion lifting and balancing mechanism with an overall synchronous transmission structure, supporting remote control, grouped central control, or centralized control.

16. The screen is edged with aluminum alloy. A bi-fold maintenance door under the tabletop features a built-in cable routing area; installation is possible (LCD lifter and LCD flipper are optional).

The worm gear is made of nylon, and the transmission noise level is less than 38 decibels. It must comply with GB4943.1-2011 General Safety Requirements for Information Technology Equipment.
