Paperless Conference Systems
The paperless conferencing system utilizes communication, audio, video, and software technologies to achieve paperless meetings through electronic file exchange.
Features: Networked file transfer, electronic file display, intelligent file editing, and controllable file input and output. Core functions include meeting check-in, name and seat guidance, file distribution and upload, simultaneous file presentation, voting, handwritten annotations, call center services, voice subtitles, and remote video conferencing.
Interoperable across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
Paperless conferencing terminals are available in a variety of formats: LCD lift-type conferencing terminals, flip-type LCD terminals, tablet-type paperless terminals, and desktop conferencing terminals.
Conference Room Management: Manages conference rooms and seating information, supporting multiple conference rooms.
User Management: Manages user information and can group users by member organization.
Welcome Screen Settings: Configure the terminal welcome screen style and content.
Meeting Creation: Creates a meeting and sets meeting information such as topic, time, location, and attendees. Moderators and secretaries can be assigned based on the meeting schedule. Meeting Presets: Upload meeting materials and create voting information in advance, with access control.
Central Control Management: Controls power on and off, as well as elevator up and down and stop functions for individual or all conference endpoints.

◆The aluminum alloy enclosure meets industry standards for corrosion resistance, and its CNC-carved structure offers a lightweight and slim design.
◆The display features a high-definition LCD screen (available with touchscreen, microphone, or dual screens). Its optimal resolution is 1920*1080. The back frame is a one-piece, 7mm thick, pure aluminum alloy with an anodized brushed finish.
◆The dual motors driving the display (lift and tilt) have a default setting of 15°, adjustable up to 30° upon request. The anti-pinch feature is also included.

Microphone Specifications:
◆ Complies with the international conference equipment electrical appliance certification standard (IEC 60914) and international safety standards UL or CE certification.
◆ Featuring a brand-new CNC design, the microphone is built into the elevator, allowing for pluggable and removable microphone tubes.
◆ The microphone features a speak button and indicator light for controlling and indicating the unit’s status.
